Sr. Mendix Developer

About the Role :

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Mendix-based applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance applications. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Design, develop, and maintain Mendix applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Stay current with Mendix platform updates and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing
• Work closely with QA, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and small teams
• Flexible to work with Onsite & Offshore teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in Mendix.
• Mendix Advanced or Expert Certification required.
• Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, microflows, domain models, and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Java (Optinal).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in building scheduled events, external Integrations with other systems Onepremise, SaaS/PaaS systems
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
