Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Information Technology experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Must have worked in Global Human Resources and Payroll modules implementation. Knowledge on Oman country payroll will be an added advantage. Also knowledge on additional modules like Compensation, Benefits, Absence will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain
- Strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.
- Strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client Requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
